I’ll start with what’s important to you. A Specialist Dietitian focused on wellness, fertility and hormonal balance, I give specialised nutrition and dietary coaching rooted in what matters to you.
From the nutritional management of chronic health conditions to safe and sustainable weight-loss programmes, I'll use my knowledge and skills gained over 10 years in NHS clinical practice to help you meet your health goals.
While I’m delighted to meet and support clients on all kinds of journeys, I specialise in women's/ AFAB nutrition, obesity, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fertility nutrition and behaviour change coaching.

Member organisations
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
