About me

*Free call to see if we are a good fit*

Tailored support to move away from dieting to more intuitive ways of eating and moving. Online nutrition support to build a healthier relationship with food and movement without dieting, restriction and self-hatred.

Hello! I'm Alex. My pronouns are she/her and I am a practising non-diet Registered Associate Nutritionist.

My aim is to support people to regain food freedom and move away from restriction, dieting and food rules to a more nourishing way to eat and live.

How I can support you...

  • Are you feeling overwhelmed with food rules?
  • Are you tired of listening to others telling you what to eat, and when?
  • Are you done with feeling scared of food, weight gain and calories?
  • Are you open to advocating for your own needs and discovering body respect?
  • Are you ready to be seen, heard and respected to improve your relationship with food, movement and your body?

I have created this space to allow open, compassionate conversations about your relationship with food, movement and your body. Have you been feeling uncomfortable in your body, do you have fear around food and know you can’t keep living like this? Let’s find food freedom together.

What support looks like...

Support with me to help you recover from disordered eating and chronic dieting is highly individualised and bespoke to you.

I may have the qualifications but you are the expert of your body and you lead the process - I am here to support you and guide when necessary.

Recovering from disordered eating and chronic dieting is not a quick fix, you’ve been entrenched in diet culture for years so it will take time to move away from these restrictive behaviours.

This is why I don’t offer packages - we work together for as long as is helpful for you.

How often do we meet?

We will determine the level of support you require in our introductory call together. I meet with the majority of my clients weekly but I am happy to be flexible to suit your requirements.

Before working together we will agree a mutually convenient time to meet but we can have some flexibility to accommodate for holidays and other commitments.

How long do we see each other for?

I work with clients on both a short term and long term basis. The amount of support you require will vary per person. We will regularly review our sessions to ensure your needs are being met.

If you have a health condition...can we work together?

I can support you to manage health conditions without restriction. We can understand how to live with chronic conditions and move to a place of acceptance together.

What next?

Enquire by sending me an email or book a free call with me via my website to find out more about working together.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
