About me

Hello! I'm a Nutritional Therapist with a huge focus on working with women's health and male and female fertility. Whether you are dealing with irregular cycles, unbalanced hormones, a diagnosed reproductive condition, poor sperm quality or something else, I've got your back. I can give you expert advice on blood tests, semen analysis, and any related symptoms to help you to prepare your body for pregnancy.

You and I will work closely to understand your particular needs and goals and to ensure that I am supporting you in the best possible way. I will help you take control of what you are putting into your body and guide you towards the most nutritious foods and lifestyle choices until they become second nature. I will be there to encourage you every step of the way. I strongly believe that your success is my success and I truly want you to feel your best and to enjoy life to its fullest.

Where do we start?

  • The first step is to have a quick and free phone call to discuss your systems and goals.
  • I will then send over some documents, to include a pre-assessment questionnaire and a 3 day food diary, just to give me a bit of information about your health status and dietary intake.
  • The next step is to arrange a one-to-one nutritional assessment (via video call or telephone if you prefer) where I will take a more comprehensive look into your health/medical history and diet and provide you with an in-depth personalised dietary and lifestyle plan to work towards your health goals.
  • I recommend follow-up sessions with fertility clients every 4-6 weeks to ensure that their dietary and lifestyle changes are realistic, manageable and effective in improving their chances of conception. These sessions allow us to track progress, make adjustments to the plan, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Regular check-ins also help to address any new concerns or challenges that may arise during the process.

Consultations are always handled in a friendly, supportive, trusting and empathetic environment which will enable you to talk about your dietary intake and health concerns.

Did you know that 50% of fertility problems are caused by male factors? That’s why it’s essential for both partners to make changes. I will guide you through dietary and lifestyle changes to optimise your fertility and help you achieve your family planning goals.

I also offer a mini nutritional assessment for £45 to boost your fertility through nutrition. Simply fill out a questionnaire and complete a 3-day food diary, and I'll email you back with personalised recommendations on how you can boost your fertility through proper nutrition. Whilst this is only a brief overview and not a full assessment, it's a great starting point!

I am proud to be a registered member of BANT, which means that I am committed to providing the highest standard of evidence based nutrition advice and support to my clients.

I offer a FREE introductory call / chat to find out how I can best help you. Please call me on 07752 238 504 or send an email.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional  / The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
  • Full BANT membership
  • Adult nursing - BSc Hons / Cardiff University

I studied Adult Nursing at Cardiff University and earned my degree by the age of 21. I spent many years working as a nurse and nurse manager in London, where I gained invaluable experience and developed a deep understanding of the human body. I experienced working with many health conditions including diabetes, cardiac, respiratory, gastroenterology, musculoskeletal, wound care, epilepsy, learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, cancer, palliative care and many many more. For a short period of time I worked on the maternity ward in London, I gained experience with pregnancy, labour, surgery, recovery, breast feeding and general mother and baby health.

Throughout my nursing career, I never lost my fascination with babies, pregnancy, and the female body. In 2017, my sister became ill, which sparked a deep interest in nutrition. I began to research the impact of nutrition on health and wellness, and I was amazed by what I discovered. A few years later, I embarked on a course at CNM Bristol, where I learned about the power of nutrition and its impact on the body.

Since then, I have focused on women's health and fertility. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples to achieve optimal health and wellness for fertility.

I am now a full time nutritional therapist and love to help people through diet and along side medical professionals if needed.
