116-118 Finchley Road
I am a fully qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist based in West Kensington in London, conveniently located near Hammersmith, Chiswick, Shepherd's Bush, Notting Hill and Kensington. I offer one-to-one consultations at my home in W14. I also hold consultations in Finchley Road, NW3, close to the tube station Finchley Road. Depending on your personal circumstances and your location, I am prepared to see you at your work place or home.
I am a French national having lived in the UK for more than 25 years! I can conduct consultations in both English and French.
I strongly feel that food choices may impact strongly on health and ill-health and I am dedicated to providing achievable, science-based, tailored nutritional programmes to those individuals interested in improving or maintaining their health through adequate food and lifestyle choices.
I am especially interested in the areas of gastro-intestinal health, fatigue and lack of vitality, stress management, and skin conditions.
Being the mother of two teenage children, I am also keen to work with teenagers and young adults who would be interested in optimizing their diets to help support their minds and bodies in times of challenges brought on by examinations and transfer to university.
If you are interested in working with me, please email me and I will be delighted to answer your queries. Should you decide to proceed with me, I will send you a comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire to give me a picture of your health history, as well as a 5 days food diary for you to complete. During our first consultation, I will take an in-depth look at your health concerns and explore your health history in order to evaluate your individual nutritional needs. We will then agree on a number of dietary and lifestyle choices for you to incorporate into your daily life in order to address these concerns. We will discuss menu plans and supplements. I may advise on tests for us to get a clear picture on contributing factors that may perpetuate your condition.
Follow-up consultations usually follow at a month interval in order to monitor progress, answer any queries and make any necessary changes.
I look forward to hearing from you!
