About me

I’m Adam Walsh, a certified nutritionist based in London, UK.

I offer an inclusive, holistic and effective perspective on nutrition, aiming to empower individuals with their health challenges. Although I have a particular interest in the field of oncology, being a survivor myself, I offer my services to clients with a wide range of health conditions, and have had long-standing experience in the health and wellness industry.

Offering one-to-one consultations, I share what I have learnt over the years from my own experience and dedicated research, to help guide and support clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

My methodology is to take a detailed case history to piece together any connections in your past and present, identifying any predisposing factors and mediators that may have contributed to your particular state of health. As well as looking into your diet and lifestyle, this approach will also take into consideration other areas of their wellbeing, such as:

Genetic predispositions
Pathogenic factors (such as viruses, parasites/bacteria)
Dysregulation of the microbiome
Exposure to toxins in the environment
Detoxification strategies
Other lifestyle stressors (such as occupation)

My aim is to empower and inspire the individual to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements for their particular health concerns. This will also include recommendations and advice for supplements, lifestyle, possible functional testing and complementary therapies.
