A big fat lie

How would you feel if you had been fed a big fat lie, that a high 'good' fat diet is good for you, and especially good for your hormone health?

Well I'm here to burst this big fat bubble, good fat, bad fat, it's all fat!

Our 10 to 15% of low fat intake should be coming from wholefoods, not refined oils, and the best place for these oils are our hair and skin, not our mouth.

Saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated, it's all fat and it's clogging your arteries, slowing your blood flow and stopping vital nutrients getting to where they need to.

With the amount of fad information being spread through books, studies, the Internet, no wonder we have an epidemic of hormone disorders worldwide; hypothyroid, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), infertility, diabetes and many many more.

For as long as we stay high fat 'good or bad', getting well will not happen, it comes back to sense, how can 'high fat' really be good for our health, especially fat from animal products - any statements supporting this will be backed by the dairy and meat industry. We must remember, there's a system in place, and we are the human experiment.

You may be thinking "well I'm not overweight", but this is only half of it. We can still be slim and still be harming our body and specifically our hormones. I know this because I was high fat for a long time and always stayed within normal weight, but my hormones were a wreck; hypothyroid, severe premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and anxiety.

There is a ton of real scientific evidence to back this statement I am making, as I know to the majority this is going to confuse things even more, but this needs to be understood. Because if it's not, you won't get off this not-so-merry-go-round, moving from one fad diet to the next, staying sick, tired and on medication, possibly leading to different forms of cancer, diabetes and any kind of hormonal disorder.

You've been lied to, so I'm here to share the truth with you, taking you one step closer to optimum health.
