I love starting the day off with a protein packed, nutritious smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to get vital nutrients into the body first thing, even for busy people.

As they're blended, it makes them easy to digest which is great first thing when we're busy trying to get out of the house, often missing the most important meal of the day. If this is you, then why not make a resolution to start your day off with a smoothie.

If you love raspberries, you'll love this new smoothie recipe - it's lush! Gluten free, diary free, protein packed, healthy and nutritious. What a great way to start the day!

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries, if using fresh just add a couple of ice cubes before you blend.
  • Small handful of sultanas.
  • 1 glass of almond milk.
  • 1 tsp maca.
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder.

Blitz and enjoy!
