About me

I appreciate the frustration that can ensue when you have a clear goal but find it almost impossible to fit in the change that will deliver that goal in your already busy life.

I can assure you there is no blame to be attributed. You are normal.

I help by supporting you to convince your mind that it is safe to make the change you want.

I do this by helping you reveal the subconscious thoughts that have blocked your progress so far.

A little about me...
A recent client, Sara, said the following:

I struggled with my weight for more than half my life.

I was so frustrated, I ended up studying for an advanced diploma in Nutrition.

But even then, there was something missing – knowing what to do and understanding the science did not make it any easier to do the right thing.

Then my life changed. I suffered two blows in very quick succession which meant a family of four became a family of 2 in the space of a few months.

I started to question everything, and my priorities changed.

I started to take an interest in neuroscience. I learned how the subconscious has more power over our rational brains than most of us ever realise, how our habits and behaviours can be re-moulded through conscious attention, and how much power we actually have to change our personalities.

As a result, I trained in Transformational Coaching and felt compelled to help others achieve the changes I have achieved too.

I now work with my clients to create new habits around wellness, food, and all areas of life that might be creating friction. I get results because I use coaching approaches to create mindset shifts. This means you benefit from a powerful combination of nutrition and mindset changes.
