This course aims to teach a healthy way of eating for life.
It focuses on understanding glycaemic load, helping people balance blood sugar levels. Excellent for diabetic and pre-diabetics and for people who have some weight to lose and want keep it off for the long term. Learn about seasonal eating, how to cope with holidays and eating out without gaining weight again.
