You are what you eat
You are what you eat, but how can you make a conscious decision about your food if the food you are eating is a facade? What if that food is losing the nutritional benefit so although we think we are eating healthily what if we can't? What if climate change is affecting the nutritional content?
This is a talk which discusses the impact this all could be having on our bodies, and gives an outline of what can be done to change things.
