Yoga, meditation and lunch

Here’s your chance to join a small group of mixed ability yoga students to practice gentle, mindful yoga and meditation in a beautiful, calm and enclosed garden. Continue with that relaxed feeling and enjoy a tasty vegan lunch.
When: Monday 3rd and 17th August, 10.30 – 12.45 pm.
Where: West Bridgford, Nottingham
The cost of this wellbeing experience is £35.
COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, you may notice some changes to how Debbie Spencer and I deliver our yoga events. Until we are told otherwise there will be a maximum of six people in attendance i.e. us and four guests. The events will be held in my garden or covered patio area. You will be served a plate of delicious vegan food, rather than a ‘serve yourself buffet’.
Full details about the safety measures I have in place are on my website: https://nutrition-coach.co.uk/re-opening-for-business/.
What to expect
Gentle Haha style yoga will be used to guide you through the practice. Your body will feel strengthened and stretched. You may stay a little longer in the areas that need it most; to allow your posture to improve, your breath to deepen and unleash your inner calm.
You will finish with a gentle meditation practice to help you switch off for a short while and escape your busy mind.
Whilst you relax and unwind with Debbie, I will prepare your vegan lunch, that will nourish you from the inside.
You can enjoy the vegan meal in the garden or under the shade of the patio or trees. It’s your chance to ask questions and I’ll share nutritional tips and my cooking know-how. Or simply take a walk around the garden and continue that feeling of calm and bliss

About me
I also deliver healthy eating advice to individuals, groups and businesses. By talking informally about how to develop a healthy, balanced diet, I encourage people to make small but permanent changes to the foods they eat. Being a chef is a great advantage as it allows me to develop healthy eating recipes for those that need a helping hand.
A more formal way to share healthy eating is by booking a nutrition consultation. These are personalised and tailored to your specific needs; whether that be weight management, for a specific condition such as type-2 diabetes, high cholesterol, IBS, or you’d just like to take control of your diet and have a bit of an overhaul.
My vegan cooking classes are a great way to put that knowledge into practice. I also deliver regular well-being workshops at centres and charities. If you are interested in any of my other services, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Hosted by Susan Hart
By talking informally about how to develop a healthy balanced diet I encourage and motivate clients to make small but permanent changes to the foods they eat. I have developed tools and techniques to help them make healthy food choices, which will make them feel and look great. I also run vegan cooking classes from my 5* rated kitchen.
