Spring health and wellness mini-retreat
Put a spring in your step and refresh your body and mind at our mini-retreat for a relaxing and revitalising Sunday afternoon in the countryside. From restorative yoga, nourishing food and a blissful meditation session, it's your time to retreat, recharge and reconnect to the world in a more purposeful way.

Take the opportunity to harness the renewing energy of Spring and join us for a mini-retreat at the beautiful Dunsden Hall.
The yoga is open to all levels. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats but there will be mats available should you need one. Please bring a bottle of water and something to get cosy with; a blanket, fluffy socks etc.
