New Year programme 2020 - starts Monday 3rd February.
For women who are 35 years + who are ready and willing to make changes to their health and lifestyle, who want to eat the right way, lose unwanted body fat, feel energised, sleep well, and feel alive again... without having to follow fad or restrictive diets, or struggle with unrealistic and unhealthy goals.
The programme covers four areas of health that I have identified over the last few years as to be the key areas that women need to address if they wish their health and mind to be where they wish it to be.

3: What is stress and how to really reduce its impact on you
4: The importance of self-care
