Public Health England have just published a study saying that the average 10 year old has consumed more than the recommended sugar allowance of an 18 year old! 

Come along to my workshop to find out how to identify the hidden sugars in food, how to successfully remove and replace them, and what to feed your children to ensure they have optimum nutrition.

In this fun and informative workshop, there will be lots of time for questions, discussion and food tasting. 

You'll come away with recipes, meal ideas and bags of confidence.

This workshop is suitable for parents of children age 2-11.
