In this one hour webinar, we will cover a number of topics including:

  • Back to basics nutrition.
  • Why convenience foods are your friend.
  • Realistic meal planning and prep.
  • Mindful eating skills.
  • How to build nourishing and satisfying meals and snacks.
  • Q&A at the end.
  • We will also be giving away prizes including free 1-1 nutrition sessions.

How much does it cost?

Tickets are available on a sliding scale basis, so you can choose a ticket based on what you feel is accessible for you. Tickets are £10, £12, or £15.

When is it?

We will be running two sessions depending on your availability:

Session 1: Wednesday 21st April at 1 pm
Session 2: Monday 26th at 7 pm

If you are unable to attend at either of these times, you can sign up and a recording of the webinar will be sent out to you.
