Psychology and eating for weight loss: Talk and Q&A
Experts Joanne Hart, BSc (Hons), mBANT, CNHC and Yoga Teacher (BWY Dip.) and Tania Foad, CBT therapist, BSc (Hons), PGDip, BABCP Accredited have combined their knowledge and skills to provide this enlightening and motivating talk about how to set out to lose weight the 'right' way and how eating combining the right food, mindset and habits are the key to success for permanent weight loss.
