Plant based food for beginners
About this event
(Please note: I may change the start time on this date (28th) to a 5.30pm start if you'd prefer that. Please let me know.)
You will be introduced to what a balanced and healthy vegan diet looks like. I will take you through:
- the ‘must haves’ of a vegan diet
- are supplements a necessity?
- what vegans eat!
- meal ideas
- nutritional tips
- cooking know-how
As well as all the advice and support you will be able to ask questions, share your concerns and meet others who want to embark on a similar journey.
And importantly try some tasty vegan food.
- Monday 28th September 11.30 - 12.45pm in West Bridgford
- £20 per person (includes refreshments and vegan food)

The event will take place under my outdoor covered and heated patio area. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be a maximum of 5 guests.

By talking informally about how to develop a healthy balanced diet I encourage and motivate clients to make small but permanent changes to the foods they eat. I have developed tools and techniques to help them make healthy food choices, which will make them feel and look great. I also run vegan cooking classes from my 5* rated kitchen.
