Let's stop feeding our anxiety: The best foods to help us feel less anxious
Do you often find yourself feeling tense? Do you feel like you continuously worry - often through the night getting little to no sleep?
We are here to help you feel less anxious with evidence-based nutrition.
The anxiety workshop
After treating many clients with anxiety and eating disorders, Charlotte will advise on the best sources of foods to ease anxiety and to feel calmer and more in control.
When we are anxious and stressed our bodies can become depleted of certain micronutrients which help our bodies regulate our mood and our energy levels. Charlotte will talk through which foods provide the best sources of these nutrients and practical and incremental ways to implement them into your daily lifestyle.
Charlotte will help engage with you to find your triggers and to help you understand that the key is to not be too hard on yourself for the choices you are making, but to find ways to supplement the unhelpful foods with alternatives.
Come to this hour-long online session to find out how some foods can amplify your anxieties and other foods can reduce your anxiety and start to feel more balanced. All attendees will receive a nutrition and anxiety healthy eating guide, packed full of evidence-based nutrition tips and practical ways to feel less anxious.
Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite.
