'Kickstart to Vitality and Weightloss' - Four week programme
This is a four-week nutrition and kick-start to weight-loss programme designed to change your eating habits in time for the Christmas period. You will follow a low GI diet and tackle cravings so that you are in control and will have a Christmas survival strategy to manage all those tempting parties ahead. Enjoy delicious food, keep active and learn tactics to stay in control of emotional eating. Lots of motivational support will be provided!
Sessions last one hour and are carried out one to one on skype although there will be an opportunity to 'drop in' for a body composition analysis if required depending on your location. Other methods of monitoring progress are encouraged (waist to hip ratio, food diary review and improvement in energy,sleep or stress).
Sessions will be arranged weekly and will last an hour and materials will be provided.
