Hypermobility nutrition and lifestyle support group
Free monthly online support group, 1st Tuesday of the month at 6pm BST.
The nutrition and lifestyle support group is dedicated to hypermobility and hosted by registered nutritionist and lifestyle medicine practitioner Lorna Ryan. Anyone with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) or Hypermobile Spectrum Disorders (HSD) are welcomed to join monthly sessions for support, education and positivity.
As a practitioner with a special interest in supporting people with hypermobility, Lorna recognises the need for a safe, compassionate platform to offer information and guidance outside the clinical setting.

Lorna will maintain a strict code of conduct to keep all participants safe whilst not providing personalised advice. In return, she asks you bring to the group respect for others, a non-judgemental attitude and a willingness to learn. Together we can create a space of happiness as we aim to live well with hypermobility.
Please note: The support group is for adults over the age of 16yrs. If you are a parent/guardian of a child under 16 you are welcome to register and join in discussions.
