Our healthy weight programme includes the following:
- 3 month programme (12 Weeks)
- 12 weekly meetings
- A tailored nutritional programme for you
- 2 one to one nutritional consultations (worth £90)
- 2 personal training sessions (worth £85)
- 2 MOT health assessments
- 11 group exercise workouts
- Optional weekly weigh-ins
- One de-stress session (stress management)
- A superfood taste exploration session
- 3 month gym membership

About the host
Louise graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in Richmond after completing two Psychology degrees in South Africa. Her interest lies in the interaction of nutrition in the body and how this can impact a person psychologically, physically and emotionally.
