Healthy weight loss for life (and for Christmas!) - 6-week group course

You will be coached successfully through this process by a registered nutritional therapist in a supportive small group setting. This six-week course is different from other slimming clubs, as the focus is on a natural approach to health and all the latest science behind it.
During the six-week programme, on Monday evenings from 4th November - 9th December, you will learn how;
- to become a fat burner
- to plan your plate to lose weight whilst still feeling full
- your gut health affects your weight
- to identify and change aspects of your lifestyle which might be preventing you from losing weight
- weight loss can help with pre-existing health conditions
