Healthy happy weight
What if, instead of hating and fighting your weight, and being miserable, especially when it feels as if it's all about restriction, hard-work and endless targets, you learned how to work with the bigger picture?
That is: how to be healthy, happy and well and as a result, you started to lose weight in a kind and compassionate way.
If this appeals to you, then join us on this five-session course, which is run over 10 weeks with additional Facebook group support. It's run by me, a BSc qualified nutritionist and Stress Management Trainer (Dip) and you'll be joined by others who will encourage, support and cheer you on.
