Ulle will guide us though a class full of variety of shapes to aid digestion so we can enjoy the healthy snacks fully. Gentle mobility movement guides the body - no force, just flow. Practise is about how it feels inside, not just trying to reach a certain shape. Ulle will guide you through your own practise and will be there to remind you that there is not an end goal but an opportunity to enjoy the moment as it is. Every transition between postures is a moving meditation, so let’s listen to that inner voice...
