A free drop-in advice session at the local health food shop Mother Earth.
If you suffer from any sort of breathing difficulties, pop in for a chat with Hazel between 11 am and 1 pm.
Hazel has a special interest in COPD, asthma, and recurrent chest infections.
Handouts and zinc tests available on the day.
