Food mood and attitude
Starting in January 2017 - if you are resident, sign up to these free sessions on offer across County Durham Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton. They look more closely at the 'why' of eating and help tackle problem behaviours like emotional eating, compulsive overeating and eating out of boredom.

- Apply mindful principles to your eating habits to gain control and feel confident with food.

- Understand how food can affect mood - and get tips to help.
- Unpick media images and see how they influence our way of thinking.
- Gain confidence in eating the foods you love – and still remain a healthy weight.
- Access support from an expert in weight management and registered health professional in dietetics.
Participants must be resident in Teesside or County Durham area and be over 19 years old to qualify for a funded place.
