A fermentation workshop suitable for beginners to fermentation or if you have had a go at fermentation but are not yet confident.

We will make Sauerkraut, Kimchi and another mixed vegetable ferment. There will be opportunities to ask questions and taste fermented foods and drinks.

Fermented foods have stood the test of time and are enjoying a comeback to our kitchens and shops. It is agreed that fermented foods have gut-beneficial properties, and those cultures that use traditional methods to produce their foods and widely use fermentation methods also enjoy better digestive health.

Fermented foods are packed with beneficial organisms that benefit digestive health and wellbeing.
