We do all sorts of things to prepare for having a baby, and we need to! But it's not often we think about food. You wouldn't go for a drive without making sure you had enough petrol or had charged the car, would you?

What you eat can have a massive impact on the early days in terms of recovery, thriving and feeding. Join Aliya, a Registered Nutritionist and mum of three as she guides you through what to think about and gives you practical tips to help you prepare and then eat well in the early days.

Delivered in the third trimester because you will be too busy to attend in the early days after birth! And you need to prepare too.

This workshop is delivered over Zoom to make it easier to access. It's interactive and gives you the opportunity to ask questions too.

Here is what some previous attendees said:

"Informative, well delivered, friendly and inclusive, non guilt-inducing!"

"The workshop was very informative and at no point made me feel pressured or judged about my current diet. I felt at ease to ask questions. It helped me to think about how I can use my time now to plan well for when baby arrives. The practical tips about planning things you can eat one-handed was so helpful."

"I found the workshop very interesting and it really helped me to think ahead to having food prepared in advance of the baby arriving and the foods that could help recovery. Aliya split the workshop up into sections and explained things very clearly and concisely and gave ample opportunities to ask questions."
