Coeliac Chef Lorraine King will be demonstrating her lovely signature dish, Free From Victoria Sponge, it is a chance to try it out as well. The recipe will also be available on the Facebook page and www.eattolive.org.uk.

Nutritionist Victoria Shorland will also be on hand to answer any questions about the ingredients as well.

The demonstration is free and is a lively, interactive group.

There are coeliac safe free from refreshments to buy at the cafe as well, and a chance to chat to other coeliacs for ideas and tips.
