We will be meeting up with coeliac chef, Lorraine King again to talk about nuts and seeds with a cooking demonstration to show their uses.
Nutritionist Victoria Shorland will be running through the pros and cons of using nuts and seeds and their place in our diets.
There will be a chance to buy free from refreshments at the café as well.
