Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, and one woman in eight will be diagnosed in her lifetime. Breast cancer incidence rates in UK women have risen by 25% since 1990 – such a fast increase is not driven by genetics, but by environmental factors.

Join Joan Faria, a breast cancer survivor and registered nutritional therapist, and Carolyn Axtell, a breast cancer survivor and researcher, to explore some of the underlying factors behind breast cancer. Learn how to implement powerful breast cancer prevention strategies by making simple, evidence-based changes to your diet and lifestyle. You will learn about the impact of food choices, cooking methods, plastics, cleaning products, toiletries, stress and gut health on how your body handles oestrogen. You will leave feeling empowered to influence your health in a positive way!
