This won’t be like anything you have experienced before. This programme combines nutrition education with Breakthrough Breathwork sessions to help you to remove the emotional blocks helping you to become a more confident you!

About the programme

This is a women-only programme. Across a three-week period (two sessions per week), you will begin to understand what has been holding you back up until now. If you have a tendency to be in an endless cycle of making lifestyle changes and then self-sabotage, or you ‘comfort’ eat, or restrict, or you feel unconfident within yourself in general and feel lost with your nutrition, this programme is for you.

When embarking on lifestyle changes or making improvements to nutrition, self-sabotaging behaviours can come into play because old beliefs or blocks prevent us from moving forward. There are often underlying beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I’m not worthy’ or some deep-held shame. The blocks and beliefs aren’t always clear to us. To uncover and resolve these blocks, they have to be accessed at a deeper level. This is where Breakthrough Breathwork comes in, and it can work quickly!

Breakthrough Breathwork uses a breath technique that taps into the deeper layers that we can’t ordinarily access by using the mind and identifies and release what is holding you back. The changes are long-lasting. This is because when the body has cleared the ‘baggage’ that's holding you back it means you feel lighter, clearer and more able to take action from a happier and relaxed space.

Over a period of three weeks, we are in an immersive safe space. The programme combines nutrition sessions and Breakthrough Breathwork sessions. The nutrition sessions will help you to understand what your nutrition needs are and how to find balance without having to restrict or feel deprived. You’ll learn how to put meals together, and all about how to eat for better moods and wellbeing. Each week across two sessions you will experience a Breakthrough Breathwork session and a nutrition session.

What is the itinerary for the three weeks?

Across the three weeks, you will experience two sessions each week (a Wednesday and Friday evening). The first of the two sessions is a Breakthrough Breathwork session, and the second is a nutrition session.

Week 1

  • Wednesday 16th 6.30pm-8pm - Welcome, understanding how limiting beliefs are formed and Breakthrough Breathwork session.
  • Friday 18th 6.30pm-7.30pm - Nutrition (putting meals together for your needs, finding balance).

Week 2

  • Wednesday 23rd 6.30pm-8pm - Breakthrough Breathwork session
  • Friday 25th 6.30pm-7.30pm - Nutrition (hunger, cravings, emotional eating)

Week 3

  • Wednesday 30th 6.30pm-8pm - Breakthrough Breathwork session
  • Friday 1st Nov. 6.30pm-8pm - Nutrition (food and mood) and celebrate!
