Hello my name is Ijaz Sarwar and I am a fully qualified nutritionist therapist.

In this two hour workshop, I will help you learn how to lose weight and keep it off for good.

2. Four golden rules to lose the weight.
3. How to program your mind set.
4. A food diary.
In the last 45 minutes of the workshop I will talk about my guaranteed three steps to success which consists of:
- You need to know what you want.
- When you stretch you grow.
- Anything you cannot measure you cannot improve.
I have been living by these three steps which have helped me to become who I am today and I hope to change other people's lives for the better with these steps as well.
There will be tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the workshop.
