You will learn how to apply simple tried and tested techniques that really work. The workshop is designed to enable you to identify and overcome your own personal barriers. You will learn how to introduce a few simple realistic changes tailored to your lifestyle and particular needs that can help you achieve your goals with minimum stress and disruption.
The workshop includes a free body composition analysis (not obligatory). Come away feeling inspired and motivated.

Her qualifications include BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity & NLP certificate.
