The nutrition clinic is part of Nuffield Health Wellbeing and Fitness Centre in St Albans. You don't need to be a member to come and see Sally and she has day time and evening appointments at highly competitive prices. There is plenty of free parking, an onsite café and you will be given a free day pass so you can enjoy the facilities at a time that suits you including 2 swimming pools, state of the art equipment, sauna, steam room and full classes schedule.
A full range of nutritional tests are also available including hormone panels, stress profiles, digestion stool analysis and metabolic analysis.
After a career in HR Management, Sally re-trained in nutrition at the internationally renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition graduating in 2011. She has 2 young children and in her spare time enjoys walking, yoga and zumba.

Each consultation lasts 1 hour. As part of this consultation Sally will carry out a full nutritional MOT including a food diary review, analysis of digestion and absorption of key nutrients and a discussion of the key areas of concern. We then build a personalised nutrition plan focused around the clients goals with recipes, meal ideas and shopping tips. Sometimes we might recommend further tests and/ or nutritional supplements.
