Each of us has the potential to be free from illness and disease - to feel well.
Everyday we accumulate toxins from the environment and our diet. This effects the body's ability to absorb nutrients, making it vulnerable to illness. Nutritional therapy readdresses this situation by detoxifying the body, determining what it needs and nourishing it accordingly.
Nutritional therapy looks at a person as a whole organism rather than a series of isolated symptoms and causes.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am fully trained in medical anatomy and the applied practice of nutritional therapy. I qualified from the college of Natural Nutrition in 2007.
I am fully insured, and am a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapist Practitioners.
I run a busy practice in Spitalfields in London as well as working from the Plane Tree practice on Roman road. In addition to offering one to one nutritional therapy, I also offer cooking courses with an emphasis on children's health and family well being through nutrition.
