About me

Hello! My name is Stephanie Ridley and I am a London-based BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and a Diploma Distinction in Nutritional Therapy. I am local to Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Highgate and Alexandra Park.

Nourish to Flourish ( is a private nutrition consultancy where I consult those suffering with chronic illnesses to help improve their wellbeing and achieve their health goals with targeted nutrition. I have worked with clients with a variety of health problems including gut complaints, stress, fatigue, illness recovery, skin health, anti-ageing, heart health, food sensitivities, weight management, thyroid dysfunction and more.

I also work with chef and recipe developer Dorothy Barrick at Fig & Bloom (, which we founded in 2015. Fig & Bloom is a London-based consultancy specialising in nutrition, cooking tutorials and recipe development aimed at improving health and wellbeing for the long-term. We use the latest science-based nutritional information to create fabulous tasting food and help our clients to nourish themselves easily, effectively and deliciously. We provide bespoke nutrition & cooking consultations and meal plans, family consultations, tailored 'host us' events for you and your friends, group workshops on particular health themes such as gut health, weight management, skin & beauty, energy boost, pre- and post-natal support and hormonal balance.

Training, qualifications & experience

About Stephanie

Stephanie Ridley is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a passion for promoting health through food. After studying for 5 years and graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and a Diploma Distinction in Nutritional Therapy, she worked as an Academic and Clinical Tutor at BCNH before setting up Nourish to Flourish. As well as working one-to-one with clients, Stephanie has also consulted businesses, providing nutritional content, talks and product guidance. She is currently focusing her energies on Fig & Bloom, working with chef and recipe developer Dorothy Barrick to provide cooking & nutrition workshops, host us events, bespoke nutrition & cooking consultations and more. Fig & Bloom also have a number of corporate clients including Tesco Baby Club.

Stephanie has written nutritional articles for local magazines such as Fabric, and contributed to national magazines including Men’s Health, Women’s Fitness and Now magazine. She has also written articles for Kiddicare and been interviewed by a number of radio and TV programmes to give comment on nutrition-related topics in the news. More recently, she has featured in Sian Williams' book Rise, Surviving & Thriving after Trauma, after working with Sian on nutrition for healing and recovery.

Stephanie is also a Mum of two children and understands the challenges many face when trying to feed a family nutritionally balanced and affordable meals that everyone will actually eat.

Last up to 1.5 hrs and include health history, food diary analysis, nutrient imbalance assessment, test and supplement recommendations (if relevant) and report. Prices from £89.

Follow-up consultations
Last 30 - 60 mins depending on the client's needs. Prices pro-rata £75/hr.

Nutrition & cookery workshops

Our small, relaxed and interactive group workshops are for anyone wanting to learn more about nutrition for health and how to turn it into delicious meals you can create in your home.

Each workshop is focused on a specific health theme, such as effective weight management, pregnancy, postnatal, beauty, gut health, energy boost and hormonal balance.

The workshops are tailored to those attending based on their specific dietary requirements and areas of interest.

What is included:

  • A 2 1/2 hour relaxed and interactive workshop

  • An informative nutrition discussion with a registered nutritional therapist on a particular health theme, for 12 eople, tailored to their specific areas of interest

  • Nutritious and delicious recipes prepared by your own personal chef, which she will show you how you can easily create at home
