Hello! My name is Stephanie Ridley and I am a London-based BANT and CNHC Registered Nutritional Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and a Diploma Distinction in Nutritional Therapy.
Nourish to Flourish (www.nourishtoflourish.com) is a private nutrition consultancy where I consult those suffering with chronic illnesses to help improve their wellbeing and achieve their health goals with targeted nutrition. I have worked with clients with a variety of health problems including gut complaints, stress, fatigue, illness recovery, skin health, anti-ageing, heart health, food sensitivities, weight management, thyroid dysfunction and more.
I also work with chef and recipe developer Dorothy Barrick at Fig & Bloom (www.figandbloom.com), a consultancy specialising in nutrition and recipe development aimed at improving health and wellbeing for the long-term. We use the latest science-based nutritional information to create delicious food, helping our clients to nourish themselves easily and effectively.
I am currently working as Nutrition Intern at Arsenal Football Club providing performance nutrition support across all teams for the upcoming season.
What others say about Stephanie...
"Stephanie’s advice has been invaluable to my health getting back on track after medical treatments. She is professional and yet calming and so very helpful in her advice and consultation. I would highly recommend anyone whom may be having a ‘blip’ with regards to their health to get in touch and progress to becoming happier and healthier from following her advice and recommendations, thanks Stephanie for all your help!" (Jane Gibson)
"Stephanie has excellent technical knowledge and clinical skills. She has a fantastic rapport with her clients; she is supportive, compassionate & professional at all times. I highly recommend her."
(Breda Gajsek, Principal at BCNH UK College of Nutrition & Health)
"When I first consulted Stephanie I had bad atopic skin issues, was stressed out, had low energy levels and many other symptoms. Stephanie carefully listened to my concerns and together we agreed on a plan to bring my body back to health...I've been seeing her for a few months now and all my symptoms have greatly improved and my GP has agreed I can stop using topical steroid creams to control my skin, whereas before I had to use them on a daily basis...I am so happy with my progress and I could not have done it without the knowledge and support Stephanie has provided me with. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone." (Emma Toprak, Tottenham, London)
"I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who has any nutritional concerns or is just generally finding that the spring in their step has faded away to be replaced by something more lethargic. Stephanie has done a great job in helping me understand my health issues, why it is likely that they have occurred and set out how I can get control back. The reports Steph produced were comprehensive and she walked me through them, fully and clearly explaining everything and despite my random questions, maintained a good humour and an open approach. Stephanie has certainly helped increase the health in our household and because we understand why it works, we've been more disciplined at sticking with it. A very positive experience all round." (Mrs Dennis, London)
