About me

My name is Shiellah Cheza.

I am a qualified Associate Nutritionist. I trained at Oxford Brookes University for four years. I was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition. I have undertaken Training and gained Certification in Colon Hydrotherapy (using the LIBBE device). Adult and Paediatric First Aid Training and other specialised Training which you can read more about below.

In addition to working in private practice, I also work at Vibrant Health Spa seeing a variety of Clients with differing Nutritional needs, conducting Nutritional assessments and formatting Nutritional plans.

I am a Registered member of the Association for Nutritionists (AfN) and abide by the government and Worldwide Organisation’s ethical framework for good practice in deliverance of good Nutritional advice.

My fees are £65 for the initial consultation. I ask all my clients to complete a nutritional questionnaire, family and medical history and food diary prior to the consultation.
At the consultation we go through the questionnaire, food diary to consider the current state of health and consider the most appropriate way forward to support better health.
Depending on the focus of the individual, we can consider whether one consultation is sufficient or whether a longer period of support is preferable.
You will be provided with a detailed analysis of your current diet and a recommended personal high nutrient menu plan/analysis to help support your health.
Recipes included as appropriate.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or book an appointment.
