I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, project manager, coach, and blogger, who runs nutrition consultancy Harmony Nutrition.
I've made it my mission to harness the therapeutic power of food to enable individual and organisational change.
I have been practicing one-to-one nutritional therapy for three years. My clients seek help for many reasons; my caseload broadly falls into four categories – gastrointestinal problems, support for autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, weight management and food intolerance. My job is to design an individual nutrition and lifestyle plan to help clients meet their health goals.
During my time in practice I have come across many people whose health and diet could be much better if they had better support at work. That’s why I launched Harmony Nutrition In The Workplace.
I really enjoy the work I do with local groups and charities – offering workshops and health checks. In 2014 I also developed, authored and project managed the production of an innovative healthy eating booklet for Bracknell Forest Council.
It’s a busy life! I have two young childen and a hard-working husband to take care of. I also love helping at my local toddler group, and spending time improving my garden.
How do I do it? Well I guess 14 years in Financial Services helped – my IT, project management, and internal audit background helps me stay organised and focused whilst delivering my business and personal goals.
I'd love to hear from you if you need nutritional support - 01344 206332 or firstname.lastname@example.org

I recognise that it is important to have a really good relationship with your therapist, and to have faith in their skills and ability to support you. Nutritional Therapy also represents a financial investment in the relationship.
For these reasons and for peace of mind, I offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (see below for details).
Adults seek help from Nutritional Therapists for a wide variety of reasons. We are all individuals, each with unique health signs and symptoms – and at Harmony Nutrition, I recognise this in my approach. From a therapeutic perspective, all I need is a patient who is ready to understand the potential health benefits of managing our bodies through diet and lifestyle. Using food to enhance our body functions could help to:
- Optimise energy levels
- Balance hormone and metabolic processes
- Support gastrointestinal health
- Promote tolerance of a wide range of foods
- Foster emotional and psychological wellbeing, and
- Support a healthy immune system.
At the Harmony Nutrition children’s clinic, I will talk through your reasons for seeking help, and the story of your child’s health from conception to present. This will help me look at the whole picture of how symptoms have developed, taking into account physical, mental and emotional factors.
Using this information, I works with parents and children to identify nutritional imbalances and offer practical advice and support for both diet and lifestyle, to address each child’s individual needs.
As a parent, you must consent to and attend all consultations with a minor. I am happy to offer flexibility on the structure and formality of the children’s session.
A first consultation costs £80 and includes pre-consultation documentation, a 60-minute consultation at the clinic, a personal nutrition and lifestyle plan (including recipes and handout sheets where appropriate) and online/telephone support for two weeks. An extended initial appointment is recommended for complex cases or at your request, costing £100 for 90 minutes.
Joint consultations between two people from the same family at the same time, lasting 2 hours, are also available, costing £150.
For peace of mind I also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee - see the Terms and Conditions for full details.
You may need one or more follow-up consultations. Each 45-minute consultation costs £45 and includes an updated nutrition and lifestyle plan and online support for four weeks. Follow-up consultations can be held on the phone, via Skype or Facetime, or at the clinic - whichever is most convenient for you.
Weekend and evening appointments are available. I offer flexibility in scheduling, but in return I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment, or the full consultation fee will be charged. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions.
Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about a consultation on 01344 206332 / 07706 705581 or email me at email@example.com
I recently worked with Bracknell Forest Council on a booklet to improve balanced healthy eating throughout the borough - you can see the recipes we developed here - http://issuu.com/bfcpublichealth/docs/bfc_54321_booklet
