Sarah Walford DipCNM BMedSci (Hons)
I'm a busy mum to two lively boys, Joseph, aged 5 and Aiden, aged 3, and a little girl, Melissa aged 1. Combining working and motherhood isn't always easy, and I have to make nutritional choices that cater for ALL of my family, including my Coke-loving, white-bread-addicted husband! So my focus is very much on small, realistic and achievable nutritional changes that will make a big difference. By focusing on incorporating more of the good stuff in to your diet, you will naturally begin to cut down on the bad stuff, without feeling deprived. And when it all becomes too much, remember the 80 / 20 rule - if you're good 80% of the time, 20% of the time you don't have to be!
Based in Hampstead, North West London, I provide evidence based nutritional therapy to help you improve your health and wellbeing. Food can make your life better. It's as simple as that. The right food can improve how you feel, how you function, how you perform. If you are looking to regain balance in your life, feel full of energy, and be in a state of optimum health, then nutritional therapy can help you.
I take a holistic approach to your health, considering all aspects of your health and lifestyle to develop a personalised treatment plan written specifically for your current health status. For any food or supplement suggested, there will have been research undertaken to support its use in nutritional therapy. Nutritional therapy is a fast evolving field, and I pride myself on staying abreast of the current research and developments, to bring you the best possible care.
