About me
I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner and I've been helping women in midlife lose weight and rebalance their hormones since 2011. I do this by working with them to make simple but significant changes to their diet and lifestyle that are easy to build into their already busy lives.
My programmes are designed for busy midlife women who know they should be feeling better than they do but don't know how to get started. Let me take away the overwhelm and guide you to a simple solution that fits your needs, however many plates you're already spinning.
Clean & Clear Challenge
A 14-day reset for the body to effectively reduce the toxic load on your body and rebalance your hormones. It incorporates a range of targeted supplements and a structured low allergenic food plan to help support the liver, cleanse the body, reduce symptoms of toxicity, clear the skin and aid weight loss.
Perimenopause & Me
A 28 day whole body reset specifically designed to support women over 40. During the programme I will coach you through the many factors that can positively influence the symptoms you may experience in midlife and empower you to create your own blueprint for navigating the hormonal changes that happen during the perimenopause and beyond. It combines nutrition support and targeted supplements designed to balance your hormones and support oestrogen metabolism.
