About me

I'm Rosie Letts, leading private Bristol nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner. I specialise in weight management, digestion, fertility and sports nutrition. Using only proven and effective nutritional medicine and the most up-to-date diagnostic tools, I work with clients to make small changes that drive lasting results. This can take place through one-to-one consultations at my Bristol clinic or via Zoom, or through my signature online programme. I work with individuals, brands, companies and the media. Whether you are trying to optimise your own health or that of your team, I can help.

My passion is helping people like you to improve your digestion, achieve effortless weight loss, and rebalance your hormones, by establishing a healthy and rewarding relationship with food and your body. Through my signature twelve month nutrition education and support programme Reinvent, I help people like you to understand and identify the lifestyle factors and physiological processes that are contributing to your condition, and then teach you how to restore balance.

I help people to cope better, feel better and look better by changing what they eat, how they eat and how they treat themselves in daily life. The results are safe, natural and can be enjoyed for the rest of one's life. Being healthy isn't just about avoiding illness and disease. To be truly well is to have vitality, strength and balance.

I am a founding member of the Alpha Zita integrative fertility team where I works as a nutritional therapist alongside leading medical fertility specialists, embryologists and holistic fertility specialists. With a special interest in the women's health, I sit on the leading experts panel Health & Her alongside leading gynaecologists and GP’s.

Since food and fitness work hand in hand to keep us in peak condition, I have worked with Olympic Athletes and professional footballers regularly witnessing the impact healthy eating can have on performance at the highest level. I also lecture for The College of Naturopathic Medicine on nutrition and biomedicine, and won the prestigious best in industry ICHAN outstanding practice award in 2018.

What my clients are saying:

"Rosie is one of a kind. I have seen a lot of doctors and nutritionists in my time, and never have I had such an immediate turn around and healing of my body after just one appointment. She is so thorough in all that she does, and strives to understand the depth and complexity of each case. She is a leader in the field and I can’t recommend her enough. Her knowledge is extraordinary." Olivia- Bristol

“When I signed up with Rosie I was in a tough spot, run down physically and struggling to deal with some emotional trauma. I can honestly say that she has been a life changing influence for me. Rosie taught me to build strength in my immune system and energy levels, address skin complaints that I had suffered with since childhood and to deal with various sources of stress. She has guided me to success, pushing me just hard enough and challenging me to take control of my own health and future. Beyond her expert nutritional advice she imparts that rare quality that induces real change ...I have really felt that she genuinely cares about my overall welfare. I honestly can’t thank Rosie enough. She is encouraging, pragmatic and tough, and willing to step beyond purely nutritional advice.”— Emma, Student, Bristol

“Rosie has transformed the way I think about and approach food. I’ve learned so much through her sessions, especially about the science of it all. I already feel (and look) so much better!”— Patrick, Designer, Bath

"On top of Rosie’s professional gift, she is also a genuinely lovely and caring person. I immediately felt comfortable around her and knew that she was going to do her absolute best to get me well — which she did! You walk away after one appointment with a game plan, a huge pack of incredible resources from gut healing recipes, to info about your specific condition, and a wealth of knowledge about the body and it’s functions. Rosie is a blessing and it’s the best investment you can make for you long term health and wellbeing."

"I am so impressed by Rosie’s combination of science, common sense, and intuition… within a couple of weeks I felt rebalanced, revitalised and set up with nutritional tools for life." Laura, Bath

"I came to Rosie with my skin at pretty much the worst it had ever been, I was red raw and itchy all over. It was really affecting all areas of my life, and I wasn’t sleeping due to the constant itching. Rosie was very thorough and paid attention to my values and lifestyle commitment to find a treatment plan especially for me. She explained what was going on and I felt fully supported and like I knew what was going on the whole time. Under Rosie’s guidance I managed to completely get rid of the skin troubles I came to her with only a few months before. Now about five months since my original meeting with Rosie my skin is practically perfect and has completely gone back to normal. The change is incredible. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable and shared her extensive knowledge with me. I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you Rosie."

“I contacted Bump & Beyond Nutrition after having had a miscarriage and, prior to that, 18 months of unsuccessfully trying to conceive. Whilst I generally eat well I realised there was more I could do to make positive changes to my lifestyle and to feel in control of a situation that was becoming emotionally draining. After about 6 weeks my digestion issues had vastly improved and 3 months later I was pregnant! I am now in my 15th week of pregnancy and haven’t suffered from any sickness or fatigue at this point which I think is pretty remarkable. I’m now feeling really positive for the next 6months and beyond! I am hugely grateful to Rosie for her practical, achievable approach to making nutritional and lifestyle changes.” Sarah, London

In certain circumstances I use diagnostic testing to identify any functional imbalances or pathogens that may be present. Diagnostic tests provide a more complete picture of the factors contributing to your health situation and allow for more targeted nutrition and supplement programmes that produce quicker results.

I use a range of UK medial laboratories, including Biolab and Genova Diagnostics so that the most appropriate test can be selected for your health concern. For more information please visit my website
