Hi, I'm Rosie Letts, Nutritional Therapist. My passion is helping people like you to improve your digestion, achieve effortless weight loss, and rebalance your hormones, by establishing a healthy and rewarding relationship with food and your body. Through my signature functional medicine coaching programme Reinvent I help people like you to understand and identify the lifestyle factors and physiological processes that are contributing to your condition and then teach you how to restore balance.
Do you suffer from symptoms of fatigue, poor digestion, hormone imbalance, allergies or weight gain? Have you tried various medications without any relief and then suffered from side effects as well? Has your doctor told you that you might just have to live with it? The modern western diet, together with environmental issues and the excessive use of antibiotics, has led to many long-term health problems which need a complex approach to management.
I help people to cope better, feel better and look better by changing what they eat, how they eat and how they treat themselves in daily life. The results are safe, natural and can be enjoyed for the rest of one's life. Being healthy isn't just about avoiding illness and disease. To be truly well is to have vitality, strength and balance.

What my clients are saying:
“I had been off work for 10 months because I couldn’t risk being away from a toilet and after two colonoscopys and countless stool samples the doctors were at a loss and I was sent away. It took Rosie just one consultation to identify the problem, a severe milk intolerance and after following her programme for just a few weeks my problems have come to an end. I can’t recommend Rosie highly enough she has changed my life and I am so, so grateful.” Ben, Bristol
“When I signed up with Rosie I was in a tough spot, run down physically and struggling to deal with some emotional trauma. I can honestly say that she has been a life changing influence for me. Rosie taught me to build strength in my immune system and energy levels, address skin complaints that I had suffered with since childhood and to deal with various sources of stress. She has guided me to success, pushing me just hard enough and challenging me to take control of my own health and future. Beyond her expert nutritional advice she imparts that rare quality that induces real change ...I have really felt that she genuinely cares about my overall welfare. I honestly can’t thank Rosie enough. She is encouraging, pragmatic and tough, and willing to step beyond purely nutritional advice.”— Emma, Student, Bristol
“Rosie has transformed the way I think about and approach food. I’ve learned so much through her sessions, especially about the science of it all. I already feel (and look) so much better!”— Patrick, Designer, Bath
“I contacted Bump & Beyond Nutrition after having had a miscarriage and, prior to that, 18 months of unsuccessfully trying to conceive. Whilst I generally eat well I realised there was more I could do to make positive changes to my lifestyle and to feel in control of a situation that was becoming emotionally draining. After about 6 weeks my digestion issues had vastly improved and 3 months later I was pregnant! I am now in my 15th week of pregnancy and haven’t suffered from any sickness or fatigue at this point which I think is pretty remarkable. I’m now feeling really positive for the next 6months and beyond! I am hugely grateful to Rosie for her practical, achievable approach to making nutritional and lifestyle changes.” Sarah, London
“As a busy working Mum, I consulted Rosie for nutritional advice on supporting energy levels throughout the day and reducing unhealthy food cravings and occasional bloating. Her recommendations and support not only improved all of these, but also contributed to weight loss and improved tone and inspired me to improve my food choices for the whole family. Rosie tailored her advice to my specific needs, mindful of my lifestyle and young family, offering lots of choices, optional supplements, recipes and follow-up support. She is very professional and supportive and I would not hesitate to recommend her.”— Vanessa, Writer & Stylist, London

Diagnostic tests provide a more complete picture of the factors contributing to your health situation and allow for more targeted nutrition and supplement programmes that produce quicker results.
I use a range of UK medial laboratories, including Biolab and Genova Diagnostics so that the most appropriate test can be selected for your health concern. For more information please visit my website
