Rhiannon Lambert BSc MSc ANutr is a Registered Nutritionist specialising in Weight Management, Disordered Eating and Fitness Nutrition.
As a professional soprano trained at the Royal Academy of Music, Rhiannon learned the importance of living a healthy lifestyle from an early age. Having won Classic FM’s Singer of the Year at 17, her belief that nutrition can play a significant role in your overall health, wellbeing and appearance has been tested performing around the world.

Advocating a balanced diet that nourishes the body with natural, unprocessed foods and eliminating deprivation, Rhiannon helps clients live and breathe a healthy lifestyle in a sustainable and satisfying manner. Her qualified approach to nutrition and total dedication to her clients’ needs has won her trust amongst her clients who include some of the world’s most influential people.
Having obtained a first class honours degree (BSc) in Nutrition & Health, a Masters degree (MSc) in Weight Management and completed a Nutritional Therapist course certified by Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), Rhiannon has built upon a wealth of knowledge acting as Resident Nutritionist at a number of London’s most renowned Harley Street private clinics, fitness boutiques and NHS hospitals.
With food and fitness working hand in hand to keep usin peak condition, Rhiannon has worked with Olympic athletes and professional footballers witnessing the dramatic impact healthy eating can have on performance at the highest level. As an avid foodie, she has experimented with colourful ingredients working with the Masterchef team and is responsible for developing menus at London’s most celebrated healthy eateries. Additionally, her experience working alongside Cardiologists and General Practitioners at NHS hospitals has seen her demonstrate the influence Nutrition has in metabolic syndrome and recovery.
Rhiannon works primarily with private clients at a Harley Street private clinic and regularly consults for leading brands including The Food Doctor, Danone and Creative Nature. Rhiannon is registered with the Association for Nutrition (AFN).
In her spare time, classically trained Rhiannon continues to perform operatic arias at events worldwide and has had the pleasure in collaborating with the likes of Michael Ball and Alfie Boe. She also enjoys volunteering at Dorothy House, a hospice providing compassionate care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses in her home county of Wiltshire.

After achieving a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Nutrition & Health, A Masters Degree in Obesity & Weight Management, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a certificate from ION for Nutritional Approaches to Eating Disorders and Eating Distress, Rhiannon has built upon a wealth of knowledge having worked as Nutritionist at a number of London’s most renowned eateries, health boutiques and NHS Hospitals.
Much of Rhiannons research and practice centers on Disordered Eating and Weight Management. She also has a keen interest in Sports Science and Childhood Nutrition. Rhiannon Currently works in Harley Street at The ROC Private Health Clinic &The Food Doctor Clinic.

Follow Up Consultation
Meeting periodically is important to review your progress along with adapting and improving your action plan, where required. Most clients require 2 or 3 follow-up consultations over a 2-3 month period.

Rhiannon can accompany you on your shopping trip to advise you on what to buy and keep in your cupboards at home, if you are not looking to buy then she can simply take you around the shop and advise you on your shopping list for your future shops.
