A consultation with Nutri Liv will be a one-hour face-to-face meeting; I will also speak with you prior to the consultation, over the phone. The purpose of speaking earlier to the consultation is to fully understand your individual requirements. I will also ask you to complete a 3 - day food diary, allowing me to analyse your dietary intake and gather a enhanced understanding of your nutritional needs before the consultation.
During the consultation, I will measure your anthropometric measurements; this includes height, weight and body fat % measured by Harpenden Skin Callipers. The consultation will cover numerous topics including; medical symptoms and history, family background, eating habits and current lifestyle. After all the information has been collected and analysed, the report will be discussed with client during this consultation.
After the consultation the client will receive a full detailed report, including the recommendations discussed and action points for the client to follow. A follow up consultation is normally scheduled after four weeks and allows changes to be made to ensure the client’s goals are being reached; this can be done as a face-to-face consultation or via phone.
Initial Consultation: £110.00
Follow up Consultation (30 minutes- 45 minutes): £45.00
The initial consultation price includes the research done prior to the meeting, including the dietary assessment, unrushed and supportive face-to-face consultation. Support will also be received prior and/or post consultation via email or telephone during the package.
Nutri Liv may recommend for you to try Lorisian Food Intolerance testing, if food intolerance symptoms become apparent, this will be discussed in the Initial consultation.
Olivia can accompany you on a shopping trip to advise you on what to be selecting and advise you on what to buy and stock in your kitchen at home.

Previous client have said the following:
"In the build up to the Ironman World Championships, Olivia helped my overall diet with both reducing my body fat percentage and ensuring I was consuming the correct foods to help boost performance and prevent illness. Due to a high number of weekly hours spent training and lack of time to prepare suitable foods, I had previously been losing muscle rather than fat. Olivia helped my understanding of the type of foods and portion sizes required depending on my specific point in training and also helped suggest practical meals and snacks which could be easily prepared and fit in around the my work in London. I would highly recommend Olivia to any individual looking to find performance gains through nutritional advice" (Edward, Ironman World Championship Athlete 2015).
"I approached Olivia because I was looking to improve my nutrition. My diet was not that bad, but there is always room for improvement. I completed a food diary and Olivia provided really in-depth feedback and subsequent guidance as to areas where I could make changes. Olivia provided a meal plan to get me started and this has been really useful in forming my own nutrition strategy going forward. Improving my nutrition has certainly helped me maintain a healthy balance this season and I would certainly recommend Olivia's services to anyone looking to understand or improve their nutritional needs better" (Melissa, Cyclist for Team Ford, Eco Boost).
