Natali Gozdanker BSc(hons), MSc, PGDipNut, mBANT, CNHC reg
I am a licensed Nutritional Therapist working in private practice. I am a Full member of British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), meaning I am obliged to abide by their strict Code of Ethics. I am fully insured and undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as encouraged by the organisation.
I believe that the food we eat may provide the raw materials for cellular regeneration and metabolism affecting every aspect of the body from cognitive to physical. If the diet is poor, we become deficient in essential nutrients.
Tailoring diet and supplementation to fit a person’s own individual metabolism, will allow overall sense of health improvement, enhance general feelings of well-being and could assist better cognitive and physical functioning.
I often combine my knowledge of human biology and nutritional biochemistry with the principles of food and herb energetic based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for more sophisticated assessment and effective treatment.
Training, qualifications & experience
I received my Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Bar-Ilan University in Israel followed by Master of Science (Magna Cum Laude) in Humanist Biology. After working for a major health institute in Israel leading a significant research project, I worked at the Meir Hospital in Israel and E. Starzl Transplantation Institute of the University of Pittsburgh in the USA.
After coming to London with my family, I discovered the power of nutritional science while dealing with my own health problems. I decided to put my scientific knowledge to good practical use by studying nutritional therapy.
In 2008 I graduated from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (LCTA) of East London University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition for healthcare practitioners. Since then I started to build my clinical experience with many successful cases (see testimonial’s page).
Previous relevant qualifications include BSc (Life Sciences), MSc (Humanist Biology with specialisation in Immunology & Haematology). I undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition for Health Care Practitioners with University of East London.
