Monica Ruiz-Noriega, Ph.D. CNHC, BANT, NANP
As a qualified Nutritional Therapist I focus my efforts on helping my clients achieve optimum health and a better quality of life by offering practical and enjoyable diet and lifestyle advice. I believe that when given the right tools, your body is capable of addressing physiological imbalances that can cause ill health. The key is to ensure that you are providing your body with the right tools and supporting healing.
My Nutritional Clinics provide one-on-one personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice, detailed guidance and support. The consultation is aimed at assessing any fundamental clinical imbalances and identifying how these may be contributing to your particular signs and symptoms. A nutritional consultation is also suitable for those wishing to optimize their health and longevity.
Whether you want to review your eating habits or have been struggling with ongoing health problems, a nutritional consultation could help address a wide range of health concerns. Nutritional Therapy can be beneficial for: allergies, stress and fatigue, hormone issues, weight management, sports performance, sleeping problems, and more. I could also design a range of wellness programmes to further encourage health and vitality.

90 min initial consultation for £110
Within 1-2 days after your initial consultation, I will email you a nutritional programme that will include dietary and life-style recommendations, along with the addition of key supplements specific to your dietary requirements. If needed, I may make recommendations for laboratory tests, appropriate to your health issues.
45 min follow-up consultations for £60
In order to get the most out of your nutritional therapy consultation, I recommend that clients return for at least one follow-up consultation after their initial one. It is important to note that nutritional therapy is not a quick fix and requires a large degree of self-motivation and compliance. Follow-up consultations allow me to give on-going support and advice, as well as to monitor progress made since the last visit, explain any diagnostic test results and to update the strategy to ensure that your programme is working effectively for you.
