Mary Morley CNM dip, mBANT, rCNHC
As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist I am dedicated to getting to the root cause of your health issues. I believe in the bodies innate ability to heal itself given the right conditions. Nutrition is vitally important.
I am a member of BANT and CNHC and insured to practice in the UK and Ireland.
A consultation with me involves me asking detailed questions about your full medical history, family medical history, diet and lifestyle. I will also ask you to keep a detailed food diary for about a week. Consultations can be one-one in your home, workplace or a quiet location in London or surrounding area.
From gathering all this information I will then create a unique nutrition plan for you to follow outlining foods to eat, foods to avoid, lifestyle recommendations and perhaps natural supplements and tests if required. Usually a plan will be reviewed 4-6 weeks later with a follow up consultation. However I do provide support during this time either by phone or email.
Nutritional Therapy can help if you are looking to lose weight, kick starting a healthier way of life or struggling with a specific health issue. I have a special interest in weight loss, disorders of the gut, autoimmune conditions and food intolerances.
Join my healthy activity holidays in Ireland which I run several times per year. The focus is on being outside doing fun activities, cycling, hiking, kayaking, eating a healthy diet, joining in health and nutrition talks, learning from health documentaries, meeting like minded people and having fun. There is an option to make this a weight loss and detox week also. Contact me for more details.
