About me

Hello, I'm Marianne a registered Nutritional Therapist and health coach.  I specialise in helping those of us in middle age to make the best of themselves by prioritising their health and taking control of the ageing process.  Perhaps you have an expanding waistline no matter what you seem to do, or you are dragging yourself out of bed every morning?  Perhaps your digestion controls your life or your hormonal symptoms are simply wearing you down?

I have helped over 500 clients with practical nutritional advice and solutions on their journey to better health  - without being on a diet that is unsustainable or feels like "going without".  I offer uniquely tailored packages that can help you to along your own health journey, to age well and feel great, and also provide the support that you need when you are feeling like "falling off the wagon".

Many of the people who come to see me have tried "everything" but still don't feel their best.  Maybe you're confused by what is "healthy", or what is best for your hormones and your time of life? That's where nutritional therapy can really help, after all, we are what we eat, digest and absorb.

I may recommend clinical testing, which can help with many symptoms such as identifying food intolerance, hormonal imbalances, or enzyme and gut microbiome disruptions. I also offer genetic testing.

I work at the Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre, where I see clients face to face, and also online by Zoom or Facetime.  I am registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complimentary Natural Health Council (CNHC), and also fully insured.
