Marcelle Rose Dip CNM mBANT CNHC BA (Hons)
1a Leicester Mews (off Leicester Road)
Hampstead Garden Suburb
I am a fully qualified, registered Nutritional Therapist with clinics in East Finchley and Hampstead Garden Suburb. I believe that small changes to the way we eat can make a big difference to how we feel. I am passionate about empowering each client to take control of their health by providing an individual tailored approach.
I will create a targeted nutrition plan to suit your individual needs, as well as encouraging and supporting you through the process. My recommendations are based on scientific evidence and research, backed up by clinical experience.
I work closely with my clients to achieve the best outcome by investigating the root cause of conditions. This enables me to support the body systems under strain and as a result alleviate symptoms. I aim to illustrate the possible links between your symptoms, the food you are eating and lifestyle. I do not believe in eliminating foods without providing alternatives and ideas to be able to make the plan work for you.
I am especially interested in working with gut problems, children's health and nutrition, mental health and developmental conditions and autoimmune conditions.
I am offering a complementary 20 minute phone appointment to discuss your concerns
To arrange this or book an appointment, contact me on 07961 166582 or by email.

ONE TO ONE PROGRAMMES
I combine Nutritional Therapy with Motivational Health Coaching to create programmes which will provide the support, inspiration, accountability and knowledge you will need to achieve your health goals. Programmes usually run for a period of between 6 and 12 weeks and will consist of face to face consultations, phone/Skype consultations and full email support.
The initial consultation will involve a complete review of medical history, current symptoms and medical conditions, and a full dietary and lifestyle assessment. Your completed comprehensive health and nutrition questionnaire will be analysed prior to this appointment. Following the consultation you will be emailed a fully individualised nutrition plan which will then be reviewed and updated following each subsequent consultation.
A personalised supplementation plan may be recommended if necessary.
Clinical testing may be recommended to help uncover unknown imbalances which maybe contributing to your condition and clinical test interpretation will be provided when applicable. (Testing will incur an additional cost)

Marcelle gave me lots of advice, healthy recipes and helped me plan healthy meals. I have tried to stick to her advice and now I am pleased to say that I feel much better. I have more energy and my symptoms have improved. She is a one-of-a-kind nutritionist, accessible and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. BV, Female Cake Designer, 42 Years
I have suffered with R.A. for many years, mainly in my hands and neck. It is something that has caused me quite a bit of pain and discomfort, and I’ve always assumed that it will only get worse as I get older.
After my consultations with Marcelle, I have realised that there are practical, easy steps I can take to alleviate my pain and hopefully slow down the progression. I now have a greater awareness of what foods I should avoid which aggravate my condition; what foods I should be eating that help; and especially how I should cook these foods to get the best out of their healing properties.
Marcelle’s consultations were insightful into where I could improve my diet, and they undoubtedly helped me to understand how the food I eat can affect, both positively and negatively, my wellbeing and my pain.
I have come away with simple things that have been easy to integrate into my daily life which I’m very happy to say are continuing to make a big difference for me.
Thank you Marcelle for your warmth and encouragement to show me that change is possible through what we eat. HH, Female Retired, Aged 77
