About me

Maddie's aim is to empower adults of all ages to make sustainable, achievable nutrition and lifestyle changes to move them closer towards optimal health and vitality. Maddie is trained to use a range of tools to identify nutritional and lifestyle imbalances that may be contributing to chronic health concerns and symptoms.

Taylored Nutrition seeks to help you uncover and understand the underlying imbalances in your body systems by digging into your health history. Taylored Nutrition's approach is truly bespoke and individualised; it recognises that we are all genetically and biochemically different and that a way of eating may suit one person but not the next. Your health aspirations, current lifestyle and beliefs will always be given careful consideration and respect.
Functional laboratory testing may be recommended as part of your programme to provide information on the degree of functionality in one or more of the body's systems. The tests are entirely optional but they provide Maddie with valuable information to be more specific and targeted with her evidence-based recommendations.
